For this video appointment, we will use past and future pacing to get to the root of what you want to address and adjust in your life. I do not put you “to sleep” and there’s no “snap of my finger” to get you into an impressionable state. This is a softer version of hypnosis therapy that helps you dive in, in a hyper aware state, to reveal what needs to be healed. The sessions are typically 1 ½ -2-hours in length. The cost is $60 for each session, regardless of how long it ends up taking us.
